Celebrate Golf with Pheasant Run!

On April 28th Pheasant Run hosted the “Celebrate Golf With US!” golf tournament in support of the East Gwilliambury Youth Assistance Fund. The Fund was founded by Mayor Young and Council to assist youth participation in sports and activities. Over 500 eager golfers signed-up at the Toronto Golf and Travel Show back in March for a chance to win a spot in the tournament. 62 lucky participants gladly made a donation to the fund and enjoyed a cool day on the links with warm hearts. Pheasant Runs’, Dianne Woodcock and Eric Hambleton, played host to the after party.
Participants – we would like your feedback on this event. Please provide your comments on how we can make this tournament better and how we could raise more money for this great local cause.

It was a pleasure to meet all the winners on that chilly spring morning. Thank you to all of you for all your support for the East Gwillimbury Youth Assistance Fund. Everyone was in great spirits and ready to take on the course. Congratulations to Adam Evans and his group on a great score. We hope to see all of you on the course soon.

As always Mark and his staff do a wonderful job preparing the golf course and running tournaments. This is my 3rd year playing at Pheasant Run and enough can’t be said about the frendliness of the staff, how well they run their leagues and tournaments and the atmosphere and food in the clubhouse!
